Vaccancies

E-computing is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join their small team where you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the end-user computing infrastructure, ensuring a reliable and efficient computing environment tailored to a wide array of diverse small businesses across England. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end user compute solutions using various technologies, such as Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, etc.

Must Have skills

  1. IT Bachelor's degree with 3 + years of relevant experience in below-mentioned areas
  2. Manage the configuration and administration of end user applications, such as email, collaboration tools, cloud applications, etc
  3. Lead the design and development of end user compute solutions using various technologies, such as Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, etc
  4. Lifecycle management of all end user devices, keeping them supported, patched and secured
  5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Technicians on end user computing technologies, tools and best practices
  6. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications of end user computing projects
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with end-users, technical teams, and vendors
  8. Research and evaluate new end user computing technologies and trends to improve existing services.
  9. Resolve escalated incidents and service requests, creating knowledge articles and managing problems.
  10. Create and update documentation for end user computing systems and processes.

Desirable
  1. ITIL and AGILE Frameworks
  2. Any experience with iOS and Azure Virtual desktop would be advantageous
  3. Knowledge data centre infrastructure installations including power, environmental and space layout considerations
  4. Experience with Comm vault or Veeam backup and restore solutions
  5. Proven experience as an EUC Infrastructure Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on managing and supporting end-user computing environments.

We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring operating systems, and providing technical assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of networking principles, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Must Have skills

  1. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  3. Provide technical support to users.
  4. Monitor system performance and security.
  5. Perform system backups and data recovery.
  6. Research new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades.
  7. Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
