What will we support?
Our team of engineers can still support you and your businesses remotely. Software support is available for an hourly rate whereas hardware issues will require you to book an appointment to drop-off your faulty hardware for further diagnosis.
We are very limited on what we can support in terms of hardware. We will attempt to arrange collections
and deliveries of repairs we can undertake, with courier charges attached separately where applicable.
If you have a laptop or mac system which needs to be looked at, we can arrange to collect via parcel force for a fee of £19.99.
